EVENT DETAILS

  • Gates open at 8:00AM, karting to run between 8:30AM to 1230PM and 1:00PM to 5:00PM
  • Minimum of 5 x 8-minute sessions per person, please make sure you arrive on time so you do not miss your first session
  • 24 hours before the event, you will receive an email with a proposed schedule and grouping for the day
  • Each group will have their own briefing, you cannot go on track until you have had a briefing
  • If you are late, you will need to join the next briefing before you can go on track
  • We will conduct a roll call for the briefing to ensure attendance
  • We will need the details of every participant. You can do 1 booking for several participants, but you will need to fill in details for all drivers.
  • Short sleeve t-shirts/shorts are permitted
  • Enclosed shoes are mandatory
  • Balaclava is mandatory. If you do not have your own, you must purchase for $5
  • Full face helmets are mandatory. Personal helmets are permitted.
  • Minimum age on adult kart is 14 years old, minimum height 138cm
  • Minimum age for passengers on tandem karts is 8 years old and minimum 18 years old to drive the tandem karts

COST

  • Entry Fee - $99

  • Entries will close 24 hours prior to each scheduled event start time, unless sold out prior.

  • A detailed email will be sent to each registered participant following the close of entries.

  • Shell V-Power Motorsport Park reserves the right to cancel events where minimum operating numbers are not met.  


FOOD & BEVERAGES 

  • Snacks and beverages are available in The Kartdrome reception, we only accept cashless payments.
