Simulator Experience (INCOMPLETE)

• You can also book your experience in-person, subject to availability.
• Day hire in garage or suite is dependent on an existing hire at The Bend Motorsport Park Pty Ltd or Rydges Pit Lane Hotel.
• Day hires are from 9am-4pm.
• Participants are required to arrive and ‘check-in’ at Motorsport Reception at least 5 minutes prior to the experience time as stated on your confirmation email.
• Once bookings are made, they cannot be cancelled. Bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable and are non-amendable. If you wish to change the time of your booking, you may contact Motorsport Reception and we will try to accommodate your request but do not guarantee our ability to do so.
• Bookings are not valid in conjunction with any other offer of discount.
• Bookings may not be resold or exchanged for commercial gain.
• We reserve right to cancel or reschedule your booking without prior notice. In this event we will attempt to reschedule your time.
• Eating or drinking is not permitted during the experience.
• All participants must be able to understand and follow instructions provided by the operations team.
• Loose items must be stored in the tray(s) provided.
• Participants are not permitted to take any items onto the simulator, including but not limited to; mobile phones, cameras, wallets and handbags.
• Open shoes including flip-flops  heels, flip flops and other inappropriate footwear are not allowed; and
• You must comply with any specific onsite health and safety requirements.
• All participants must meet the minimum and maximum height and weight restrictions as follows:
• Minimum height: 1.50 m
• Maximum height: 2.10 m
• Maximum weight: 140 kg
• Participants with the following conditions are not eligible to participate: epilepsy, seizures, photo-sensitivity, dizziness, pregnancy, neck pain, back pain, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, expectant mothers and any other medical conditions that can be aggravated.
• Any participants wearing electric medical devices, such as a pacemaker are not permitted to participate.
• Participants under the influence of drugs, alcohol or other substances that impair judgement (e.g. medicine) are not permitted to participate.
• Participants must be able to enter the simulator without assistance and easily reach the steering wheel and pedal box to be able to participate.
• Please note that no refunds will be given if you fail to meet any of the above criteria.
